Check out an "impact driver".  You can get them with a
set of drivers (#1,2 and 3 straight and phillips as
well as some others) for under $10.  Try flaps, Home
Depot or Harbor Freight.  These work great on just the
fasteners you mentioned, as well as loctite'd ones
like the driveshaft CVs.
