Hi all,
Well I spent about 2 hours checkig the ISV, and well, It appears good.
I took it out cleaned it, not that It needed it. Checked the wiring
voltages according to Bently, pluged it in, put key in on position and
saw it fluctuate.

So I am now going with the theory that the ISV is fine, time to move on.

I also did the double check on the vaccum lines. Spent a lot of time
checking and rechecking lines, etc. All of them seem fine.

I have another question, but I will post that seperately.

Thanks everyone,

south central imports is pretty good with audi's too.
I would try the propane trick first. Have you checked
the idle per the bentley manual yet?
