Remove each entire assemble from below.
I think you can get to them with a long screwdriver without *too* much
other disassembly, although, as mentioned already, you may have to move
the air ductwork out of the way.
Two phillips screws each from below, then lift up from above and
disconnect wires. Try not to lose the wires in the dash. The speaker
is integral with the plastic pod thing, pry the grilles off gently to
see this.
Then what we usually do is take our choice of 3.5" driver and cut out
enough of the original to allow the new ones to be epoxied to the
plastic frame. Plug back in and reinstall.
