Climate control issue

Hi all;
Ok, I searched and searched, but didn't find an issue that seemed to be like
the one I'm having...
My climate control (875KTQ) 'functions' in that when the dampers work
properly, and when the temp is adjusted up and down, there is a reaction.
But, it doesn't function properly...
W/ my old 86, I generally just left it on 69f all the time. In cold weather
(like i'm having now) when the car first started, it wouldn't run, properly
waiting for the car to get up to temp. When it warmed up a bit, the fan
would come on hi, and I'd get heat. When the interior temp reached 69 (or
so) the fan would back down to low as it should.
Now, the fan blasts right away when the car is started w/ the temp on 69.
When the car warms up, I get heat, but it will contimue to blast forever
even when it's about 90 in the car. no matter how low I turn the temp (it
may turn off when it gets to 'lo', forgot to check that)...but here's the
wierd part. If I adjust the temp up to between 76-80, the fan backs down to
low. then as I keep adjusting the temp upward, when it gets to 81 or higher
the fan kickes back up to high again, blasting the heat.
Anyone?
