Oil Filter Troubles

I too have applied many oil filters to Audis over the last 15 years. I
turn them 3/4 turn after contact... usually as tight as I can get them
with my hand. Sometimes if I'm lazy I've used the cap filter wrench to
get the all the way to 3/4's. I've never had any trouble removing them
later.
