a)on 200q20v's, a #6 Rubbermaid 1-cup container works perfectly for
this.  As close as your nearest grocery store.

b)there's a damn good reason you don't want to overpressurize the
system- the ECU pressure sensor is very expensive.

Let's see:

-michelin man hose(two different breaks)
-o-ring between lower metal boost pipe and intercooler inlet(don't
ask, #$@% clownish o-ring joint that leaks like crazy and needs
frequent attention)
-throttle body hose(this one is up in back, joins the upper metal
boost pipe to the throttle body, and has a port for the ISV)
-loose pipe clamp(forget where)

Just this weekend Peter Schulz and I hooked up my 'tester' to his car
and found he's got a leak at the intercooler inlet- the o-ring
strikes again.
