Dismantling rear caliper

On my 88 5KSTQ there was no spring between the back of the dry chamber and
the bottom of the auto adjuster spindle base. The only parts there were
the O-ring seal on the spindle base, the ~1 cm long steel pin that links
the e-brake shaft to the bottom of the adjuster spindle and the e-brake
shaft seal in the caliper housing. It works fine with no spring but I'm
sure it's more susceptible to sticking when the e-brake shaft cruds up
that way. Please post if you find a source for the O-rings and the e-shaft
seal.
