[urq] Good advice

Tom,

I have a rather happier side of that story.
When I bought my old 4kq while back I drove it for 50k before deciding to change the oil in the tranny and rear diff...
Did the tranny no problem (the rear flange seal was leaking just a bit).
Rear diff however was a different story.
The car had 350k on it and there was not a drip of oil in sight (that should have been the first clue).
Opened the diff to drain the old fluid and.... nothing came out.
I mean not even a drop... Don't know how it drained like that (from factory???). Impossible... so I looked in with a mini Maglight, dry....
The diff was not making any noise, not complaining one bit...
Filled it up with oil and drove another 70k before scrapping the car...
Diff did start to leak after fill up....

Cheers
