I'm not sure the '90 is the same chassis as the C4 chassis of
the '92 - '95 UrS4/S6 cars.
The '92 S4 came standard with a rear sway bar. Fitting this bar
onto a '93 - '95 S car has been done by some of the S-Car owners,
but it is not easy. Or cheap. Using factory parts means changing
large (expensive) rear suspension parts. Several of the listers
came up with a retrofit kit that included custom made brackets to
avoid having to change major rear syuspension parts, I think the
kit was around $800.
Almost everybody on the S-Car list that improves their suspension
starts with stiffer shocks and shorter / stiffer springs. And then
wheels / tires, and sometimes a stiffer front bar.
You do NOT want to use non-compliant bushings (nylon, teflon, etc)
on the front sway bar. The geometry is such that it will cause
suspension pieces to break.
