'91 CQ 10v NG engine - head gasket job : suggested parts list?

Change the tensioner and any hoses that are easier to access while
down there. Don't forget to use the Permatex non hardening sealer on
the water pump bolts and the 10mm bolts that secure the bottom of the
rear timing belt cover to the oil pump. I didn't and mine leaked.

Any suggestions, other than the obvious timing belt, water pump,
t/stat, as
to parts that should be replaced while the head's off - gasket is
leaking
water into no5 cylinder so it's being replaced next week.
