fraud alert: 'rolling chassis' in marketplace

FYI, the 200q20v "rolling chassis" for sale in the marketplace is
being sold by a former 200q20v lister who cashed numerous checks but
never sent out the majority of parts that people paid for.

Various excuses, including a 3-week vacation, computer virus, etc
were offered- and when people started talking about filing police
reports, he appeared out of nowhere and accused us all of slander etc.

He then instructed people to re-email him details of what they had
asked for, and he'd take care of it.

His name came up again when someone noticed the chassis for sale-
most people still have not received their parts; he's apparently
answering emails about the chassis, but ignoring emails from people
who have sent him money.  I have yet to see a confirmation that he's
actually done anything since sending out that email.

I'm going to discuss with Dan having the ad pulled, but until then,
steer WAY clear of this guy, folks.
