I can't believe anybody would around that area, escpically when they
are losing a little fuel....I guess it takes all kinds.

The prime caveat - no smoking.  Other than that, it's pretty
straightforward.  You might want to work in a well ventilated place
because
you probably will spill at least some fuel.
