87.5 dying slowly help

Perhaps with all the expertise on this list, you guys
could help me with my problem..
Car is a 2.3 NG Coupe GT.
Car runs fine acutally perfect when it runs...
Today it died in an intersection (3 times now)No
warning, no misfires, just nothing.  Starting is very
hard after, but always eventually starts and runs fine
again, sometimes for days, sometimes for 30 secs
I disconnected the ECU and sprayed the contacts with
electrical cleaner...the fuel pump is new, caps rotor
and plugs are 1 year old, fresh gas.
Im thinking its ignition related, until today when it
died....it remained running, but what sounded like on
ONE cylinder..It actually sounded like it was
"dieseling" but did this for 30sec to a minute. Lots
of shaking, then a "click" and boom, its running fine
again...
Bad ground somewhere perhaps??? Fuel relay???
Im at a loss, and coming back from class it wouldnt
staart again...so there it stays until i find some
area to narrow it down too....
ANY SUGGESTIONS??
Anything would be appreciate, cause im a pedestrian
until its fixed...
