Hydraulic pump rebuild - bulletin available?

You use a 1/2" drive drag link socket (looks like a really large
flat-bladed screwdriver bit) with the corners ground off about 1 mm. A
hand impact is supposed to do the job, but I found it easier to use an air
impact. But that was before someone advised inserting the banjo bolts back
into the pump so you could grip it well in a vise. Haven't resealed
another one since then, so I have no BTDT regarding the vise and a hand
impact.

Best description of the entire rebuild process I've seen is in the Bentley
for the '89 thru '91 100-200 line.
