brake servo removal -- 84 4000

Hello,

Could someone help me understand how the vacuum assist servo is attached to
the body -- I am looking at the Bentley page and cannot seem to figure it
out. Are there screws holding it from inside the passenger compartment?

Also,  is there a way to get solid brake lines , such as those connecting
to the master cylinder, and the ferrules/flaring ports , other than through
a dealer?

The brake pedal sinks to the floor, also, when cold,  the car dies  when I
push the pedal.
