rear main seal part # change

I believe this change has been discussed previously here.  The flange and
seal have been available separately, but Audi apparently felt supplying the
flange with the seal seated properly in it avoids installation mistakes
where a replacement seal ends up failing because it gets driven in too far
or not far enough.
