90 200tqa wont start, now starts whoo hoo

  Listers,

  For those of you that have been giving suggestions
and helping me over the phone I got the car started I
did change 3 things,
1 ISV control unit- under driver side kick panel
2 skinny hose going from the decel valve to the
wastegate frequency valve to the back of the manifold.
3 air boot.
 I did get very close to the car in the past 4 weeks
that it's been in the driveway I learned how to check
for spark, test fuel flow, check for TDC, do variouse
pin out tests of the ECU to variouse systems of the
car, found & cleaned every ground, I even heard the
fuel injectors "screem" (thanks Scott), now my
girlfriend is very happy (yah know what I mean!) to
have her car back.
 Well thats all for know. I'd sure like to thank all
of you who helped in any way but that would take a
while,
 but I would like to thank Scott Thomas who helped me
over the phone (even called me on his own dime) as
well as over the internet.
