The list server's mailserver timeouts were lowered a day or two
before The Big Move.
I didn't realize the extent to which a lot of mail was bouncing- Dan
received a few reports of problems, I got one. I've since raised the
timeouts to the point where I didn't see any bounces in the logs, so
the problems should be (mostly) over.
We'll also be in better shape once we have reverse DNS set up,
which is probably the cause of most of the delays(which are then
causing failures because of aggressive timeouts.) Most mailservers
check for a reverse DNS on your IP when you try to deliver mail to
them(some require it, as they should, but unfortunately, a LOT of
ISPs don't bother with it, so it can cause a lot of mail to bounce.)
