FYI in no way is sending $$ via PayPal 'secure.' They have a policy of not
involving themselves in auction disputes.

In fact, if you pay for an auction via Paypal, and get ripped off, and then
stop your CC payment, Paypal will suspend your account. If the amount is
large enough, they will pursue collections activity against you. I know this
because I lived it...El Bummero.

Similar experience here. I bought a set of 4000 euro lights, also I had won
a set of V8 lights and also an Ur-quattro RR steering wheel. The V8 euro's
have not gotten here yet .... 9 months ago. so I flushed that $200. Also on
the steering wheel, it hasnt gotten here yet, there goes another $150. I
would send out some caution to anyone that wants to buy stuff of Ebay.de. IF
I decide to try again I will only use a seller with paypal as it is the only
"secure" way to send money. Also being able to speak german helps alot.
