Quirky thermostats

Good to know I'm not the only one having thermostat issues although its
still frustrating. Its just annoying that when the heat's on, I have to
keep adjusting it to keep from burning up at stoplights and freezing when
the car is in movement. It seems like all my 5 cyl cars have had this
problem. I figured I've just been getting defective thermostats or
installing them incorrectly. Maybe I will try to find a higher temperature
thermostat and hopefully it will fix the problem.
