I'd second Jim's recommendation. I actually think the key is the Rain-X,
as
soon as there is any melt in the ice, it can't stick to anything. It also
seems
to help make scraping ice off MUCH easier. It has been said that Rain-X
deteriorates the blades, but I haven't really had any problems,
especially
since the Rain-X seems to help even if the blades are marginal.
