5 bolt conversion thoughts needed

Hi all!

After reading through the archives, I'm not sure I've found the right
answer to my questions:

How can I convert a type 85q (4kq) to 5 bolt? I've read Martin Pajak's
write up and I thought of using urq front struts, but what driveshafts will
I have to use? IIRC, the urq inner CV joints don't fit the 4kq tranny
flanges, so does anyone have an idea? For the rear struts, it seems to me
the procedure is pretty straightforward and only requires fitting 5k front
hubs, new wheel bearings and redrilling the rotors (or fitting new 5 bolt
rotors), right?
