Tailgaters Was: winter weather alert- help those in need

For tailgaters at night, I have been toying with the idea of putting a
mirror on hinges on the back shelf.  With the proper mechanical drive,
this would allow me to raise the mirror to show the tailgater how annoying
his lights are in my mirrors.  Nothing antagonistic in my intentions, just
my efforts to educate the unaware.

If you lights are adjusted high, please keep back.  Ford pickups seem to
be some of the worst.

I keep a stash of pennies in the car and flip them up through the sun
roof.
I'm currently looking for some method of propelling ball bearings from the
rear of the car. Suggestions (polite ones)are appreciated. Those of you
