I bought the BMP CIS tester from http://www.bmpd.com/ . It's listed as
being for the BMW CIS and the adapters fit just fine on my type 44's with
CIS. The only adapter it did not have was for the fuel filter, but I had
one in stock in my "I'll never use this junk again, but I can't throw
them away" bucket.
If you decide on the tool warehouse one, I have had great luck with the
tools I've purchased from them too, and their prices are excellent. They
have sent me an email (as a past customer) with an offer for free
shipping and a free mini-maglight on any purchase over $99. Details are
here : http://www.thetoolwarehouse.net/shop/TTW-DoubleDealOffer.html .
No affiliation etc. BUT, I think it would be a good idea that every time
any of us listers orders anything from places like this, that when they
ask "how did you hear about us?" that we should all put down the Audifans
website as a reference, there's a chance it might generate ad revenue
for our list this way.
