Warning light on dash

Red trangle is a brake system warning. Low hydraulic fluid or low
hydraulic pressure. If the light goes out once the engine has spun the
hydraulic pump a bit, you probably have a failed hydraulic pressure
accumulator (fondly referred to as the "bomb"). The traditional test for
the accumulator is to turn the engine off and pump the brake pedal until it
becomes hard. A good bomb gives around 30 pumps. A fading one gives half
that. A failed one gives less than 10.
