I would agree, except, how much of the combustion chamber is in the head
and how much in the block in each engine?
If the head displacement is equal, I think you are right. If not, all
bets are off...
Also, the differences you are finding are due to bore diameter, right?
Might not have much to do with compression at all.
I'm not sure all this head mixing and matching gets you very far with
these engines. Except maybe using up parts that are lying around?
