welding techniques

Hello,

If someone can suggest a good book ( Textbook, reference, guide etc ) on
welding, I would greatly appreaciate if you could drop me a note off the
list. I need to learn how to do this and need something to start with. I've
done all sorts of soldering, brazing etc but no welding at all. I am
especially interested in the "conventional" electrode welding, and also TIG.
