NO idle

I didn't think of that right away. About a week ago I
changed the oil and tried some vac. "tests". Go to
pull dipstick and car tries to stall instantly. Tried
to pull it out real slowly and I could feel and hear
the suction at the point the o-ring clears the tube.
Oil cap instantly kills the car even before I get it
off. I guess it's possible I just developed a new
leak, but my rubber parts are new/newish.

Thanks
Jim
