G60's and rear ventilated rotors

Hey guys,
  I was going to do a brake job on the 5ktq a while back and ordered the wrong
rotors. I got the ATE slotted rotors, but they are for g60 brakes---mine are
the g54's. I was wondering if it is a worthwhile upgrade to find used g60s and
keep the rotors.ANybody got soem good ones they'd part with for a good price?
I do a lot of spirited driving and would eventually like to do some events.
Also, the rears are due for rotors and pads. Is the rear vented setup off the
91 200's worth say, $200 used? I'd like to go with the big red setup
eventually, but $$ won't allow that now.
