4KQ: No power to thermo-time switch after cranking

The cold start system on the 4kq does in fact get its
power from the starter solenoid.  I found this out
once before my turbo conversion when, after replacing
my starter, car wouldn't start.  Solenoid in the
rebuilt starter was bad and no power was getting to
the thermo time switch.  I'm not sure if this applies
to you since you do have power during cranking, but
its worth looking into.  Good luck.
