No Audi content but...

As I get ready to retire from UrQ ownership and yield to the siren song of
newer technology I noticed something odd.
While this might be an apples/oranges comparo
Has anyone else noticed that the upcoming EVO-8 is a little over 1,100 lbs
heavier? (based upon manufacturers info)

Mitsu EVO-8
   4,222 lbs
   271 hp
  =15.6 lbs/hp

Scooby WRX
   3,085 lbs
   227 hp
  =13.6 lbs/hp

Am I reading the wrong stats?
It seems like tranny issues notwithstanding that the WRX is a more
advantageous platform.
FOR LESS MONEY...

STi throughs a different twist but since it isn't here yet, I wont go
there.
