Oxygen sensor test

I have been trying to pass the NOx portion of an emission test and would
like a practical way that I could test the O2 sensor (3 wire -2 white &
1 black) with a digital multimeter if possible. The car in question is a
1990 80 series Q, 2.3L. I have had a shop test the sensor with a scope
and they said it was working fine.  They also said that they enriched
the mixture on this fuel injection system which I have come to find out
that with the KE-Jetronic system, enrichment is not adjustable and is
control by the ECU automatically.
