Since my search for an Avant I've been looking religiously, actually even
more than that as I am not overly religious.  And I've had 3 replies to my
5KTQ for sale in the last 3 days.
Your statement reminds me of a Yogism, and I paraphrase;
Yeah, that used to be a popular restaurant, but the lines are so long that
nobody goes there any more.
