Wheel sizes (and ATS rims)

To follow up on this... would an ATS DTM 2000 Rim fit my 1990 V8Q with a 17 X 7.5 size 5-112 pattern 38FB offset?  Or would I need spacers?  The car was converted to G60s before I got it so UFO issues are not a problem.

Along those lines - anyone had any experience with these and their durability, quality, etc...?
