using hall sender to trigger tdc sensor?

... perhaps I should have used the word binary ... the output has two
distinct states ... one/zero, high/low ... whatever you want to call it.
The Hall Sender output should be either 0V or 5V ... you should never see it
at say 1.23 volts.  Hook an oscilloscope up to the timing sensors on the
flywheel pins and you will see a signal that is most definitely not binary
... as a matter of fact the voltage will swing both positive and negative as
the pin passes the sensor ...
