Driveshaft support bearing - 4 ksq

Hello,

I've got a grinding(squealing) noise a 2 weeks ago and today it was identified as driveshaft support bearing and u-joint noise.

What is the urgency to replace the bearing?
I was told that if bearing seizes it will damage the rubber holder(case). The rubber part could not be find!?
Should I speed up with repairs (costly) or to shop for options?

What are my options for parts and actions here?
