Bulb Condoms?

Hi All,

After just relaying my lights (thanks Huw) I'd like to move on to putting in my radio (a Blaupunkt) rather than the one that's in the car (which also is a Blaupunkt). The reason the existing one is still in is because the green display has been turned red (by my brother). The way to do this is with "bulb condoms." I have no idea where to find these things or what they're called. I think about a month ago somebody (Ti?) mentioned them and I made sure to save the post. Of course, I can't find it anywhere now, including the archives. Any suggestions?
