I suspect this is a retrofitted dual washer bottle from a later V8.
Or, perhaps this was an Euro version car that had it fitted as an option.
The V8's had a dual washer system, which included an extra actuating
button on the right side wiper operation lever. Thus, besides the regular
windshield washing system, there was a second system that fed from the
washer concentrate bottle when you used the additional actuator on the
wiper stalk. My '93 V8 Quattro had this system. It seems to me that
you could only operate the intense washing wpray while you were also
operating the regular washer spray.
The '93 V8 Quattro also had small windshield wipers on the headlights,
with a washer spray that sprayed the headlights if they were turned on
while you were spraying the windshield.
