Hard cold starting..... injectors??

I would suspect cold start circuit first. I doubt your injectors are
leaking.
I have driven CIS cars with leakdown problems and they always cold start no
problem. Warm start is the PITA, I had to jumper the fuel pump relay and
manually lift the air flow plate on my last CIS car that wouldn't hold rest
pressure.
In your case make sure cold start valve is working proper and make sure
control pressure is not too high.
And of course thoroughly check for vacuum leaks, even if you have to take
all the hoses/pipes off and inspect them.
