I'll pipe in here as well. My '86 5kcd tqa also has the intense washer system.
All the wiring for the two separate washer motors is still there, the piping
from the bottle to the various squirters, etc. The owners manual talks about it
requiring the "special" stuff to put in it. I don't recall right now if it
required the operation of the standard washers or not.
Unfortunately, the combo switch was replaced with a standard switch, so I don't
have the button on the end of the washer stalk to activate the system, and the
same PO left the hoses tied up in the engine bay when he replaced the front
bumper, and I've never seen the fittings in any of the parts yards around here.
