ground control question

Hi,

A friend just gave me a ground control coilover kit for a 4000Q less the
springs. My question is what kind of spring rates
will work for me? Its my daily driver ,but I do rally-x events when I
have the time. I'm running 90 coupe Q springs with
Bilsteins HD's on the car now which gives it about a 1.5 inch lift,and
is great for dirt road bombing. Any BTDT on the list?
