4kq & jack stands?

Greetings, I'm about to replace the brake hoses/rotors/pads on my '84 4kq.
This is the first time I've had to have all four wheels off the ground at the
same time (I don't want to raise/lower them one at a time).  What are the
correct locations at each corner for placing jack stands?  Also, what is the
correct location for lifting with a floor jack?
