Yup, right about the turbos. Great motor, but from
what I know, there's a lot of heat in that engine bay,
especially once it's chipped. I was looking at a pair
of S4 manifolds the other day and it's easy to
understand why...although headers, K04's, a fueling
system and other upgrades do give a LOT of ooomph.
And those K03's have been known to melt, fall apart,
shoot impellers into catalysts, etc. I'm not saying
it's a bad car, but for me, there are too many
reliability issues with the newer cars. Not bad cars
to lease with the 50k warranty, but I'd never pick up
a used one.
