Judging by your email address, you're either a poor student
or a poor professor.

If you're a student, see if a friend, or a friend of a friend,
has a truck with a tow hitch. Or look around the campus
parking lot to find one, and leave a note on the windshield.
Bribe him or her with beer, rent a U-Haul car hauler (gets
all 4 wheels off the ground) and bring it home.

If you're a professor, change the bribe to "extra credit." :-)

I know when I was in school, crazy road trips were part
of the experience and added to one's college life. It's
amazing what the young and stupid will do for beer.

I, fortunately, was never young and stupid; I had to wait
'til I got older to get stupid.
