Would you convert a rare CGT (an 87.5) to 10VT?

Am I reading this right? He wants $2800 to take your CGT and turn it
into a 10vt cgt? If I had the opportunity, I'd do it. 87.5 CGT or not,
do it! That's a great price, *if* you trust the guy's work and all
that....
