One thing the Flukes have is accuracy- thier basic model is typically
+/-0.7%, and you can get NIST-registered units good to like 0.2%. The Actron
I bought is +/-1.5%; inadequate for high-end tech work, but then my 4kq is
not exactly high-end tech ;).
One of the fuel injection control checks involves the duty cycle; can't
remember which one, but it's a rare-ish meter that will do it.
