80 / 90 weak heat...heater valve?

I have not, yet, crossing my fingers... I think a few people on the list
have, though, and may remember how best to get in there and trouble
shoot it.

You may of course, also have a clogged heater core.  You can disconnect
the hoses to it and try flushing it sometime to verify that.
