Here's the reply from Daniel Stern Lighting about the "silverstar"
headlamps.

His web site was posted just a couple days ago, and I'm glad, I
remembered the site, but couldn't find it in my bookmarks.

This guy has actually tested the "actual" light output from different
headlight bulbs, not just how they "look".

Yes. Just another blue-coated piece of shit. It puts out (barely-) legal
light, lasts a very short time, and the light is "white" in color.
Remember, light "whiteness" has NO impact on how well you see. Better to
have more-than-just-the-minimum-legal levels of light.
