215/55-16 tires on type 44Q

Will 215/55-16 tires fit on a 7x16 ET38 wheel on a type 44Q?
I bought a set of used wheels with that dimension (off an A6) and I
wonder if they will fit or rub. I know the circumference is about
right, but I wonder if the tire width and offset will make it rub..

I tried installing a set of 8x17 ET35 BBS RC wheels with 225/45-tires
on my car just for fun, it was great in the front, but it looked like
it'd rub a lot in the rear. I didn't even try to drive the car.. Check
