Hairy green toads from Mars made Doug Johnson say:

I have never used the Aeroquip valves, but I used the Fujimoto (?)
valves previously available through Imparts. They were a godsend at
the time, and I highly recommended them.

Nowadays, rather than futz with any kind of oil pan under the car,
I use a dipstick suction tube. I got mine from West Marine for about
$50. Now I don't care what's under the car. Pump the handle 5 or 6
times, slip the tube down the dipstick, open the valve and come back
in 5 minutes to a completely empty sump. All the oil is safely stored
in the tank, ready to be taken to the recycling place.
